We have tested the warmingitup sleeve with a 12 inch by 3 inch dildo with large balls.  Now that is a big dildo and as big dildos go we can always make a custom sleeve for you if you use big dildos or dildos larger than 12 inches by 3 inches.  We do not sell the big dildos but we can warm them up.
